ACCOMODATIONS WALK-THROUGH:FOREWARD STATEROOM:
Furthest forward you will find a spacious and accommodating guest cabin with a Large v-berth for use as two singles, or as a double with the use of the filler cushion. When not in use, the filler cushion has its own storage to stow out of the way. There is a seat between the berths.
This cabin has 3 large cedar lined hanging lockers, 8 drawers, and 11 cabinets to provide ample storage to its occupants when on board. The outboard curved lockers above the berth are particularly impressive.
The forward stateroom also has a designated 5,000 BTU A/C unit for individualized climate control. There is en-suite access to the forward guest/day head through this cabin. There are two stereo speakers on the forward bulkhead. Ventilation is provided by two 12v fans, overhead hatch and opening ports.
GUEST HEAD (Forward):
The forward head is well equipped for overnight guests as well as day head use, easily accessed just forward of the salon, or from the forward cabin. It boasts a shower, electric flush head, electric sump pump, vanity with sink and hot and cold fresh water, and multiple storage options outboard and above both the head and vanity.
SALON:
The highlight of the living space for many, and like the rest of the interior, built by hand in solid teak wood with gorgeous curves and finish work. All varnished interior, varnish re-done in 2013. New interior cushions also in 2013.
Light and ventilation is provided via overhead hatches, opening ports, and the “crowd-pleasing” hull port lights – 3 each both port and starboard.
The salon features a straight settee to port (which can double as a sea berth) and an L-shaped settee to starboard, both with their own dedicated high-gloss varnished tables. The cocktail table to port has two different positioning options: as a cocktail table for the straight settee to port or as additional seating for the larger dining table for the L-shaped settee to starboard.
The Navigation Station is aft facing at the aft end of the port settee. This is an excellent facility in the right location. A nav plotter, two sailing instruments, the VHF, tank tender, stereo, inverter control, etc are located in this area. There is storage in the nav table.
In addition, there is drawer and cabinet storage throughout the salon, below the settees and beside, with a dedicated liquor cabinet which also acts as a side table forward of the port side settee. There is a book shelf to starboard. A TV (with DVD) is also mounted to starboard, and there is ample room for artwork, clock and barometer, and a half model. The salon has its own 10,000 BTU A/C unit.
One can go aft from the salon either to port – through the aft head and shower, or to starboard, through the galley.
GALLEY:
Starboard and aft of the companion way is the well appointed galley, perfectly outfitted to take care of all of your culinary needs at rest and while sailing. Outboard you will find a clean 2013 Force 10 3-burner propane stove, 2013 GE microwave, and a 2007 SeaFrost refrigerator and freezer. The fridge and freezer are separate units, one having a front loading access door and the other via top-access from the counter.
Inboard is a spacious, dual stainless steel sink with hot and cold fresh water, drinking, water, etc. The inboard counter is also stainless steel, making this an ideal prep area. There is excellent storage in drawers and compartments overhead, inboard and below.
PRIMARY CABIN:
Walking aft through the galley you will find the vast and accommodating, primary suite. An. impressive full beam berth spans the width of the cabin, making for an expansive sleeping space at night, and converts to a more navigable v-configuration with removable cushion when desired. Under the filler piece you will find a cushioned seat, which can be used for the thoughtfully placed vanity in the forward portion of the cabin.
On centerline above the vanity is a TV placed perfectly to enjoy from the aft berth. Throughout the primary cabin are many storage options with 10 lockers total, 2 pull drawers, a centerline overhead bookshelf, 2 convenient side tables, and an extremely generous, cedar-lined hanging locker. The primary also has an opening overhead hatch and two opening ports, two 12v fans, and a dedicated 8,000 BTU air conditioning unit to keep the space appropriately climate controlled under all conditions.
PRIMARY (AFT) HEAD:
to port, between the aft cabin and the salon, is the large primary head. The head compartment is aft, and a separate stall shower is forward. An electric toilet is installed, as well as an electric sump pump for the shower. There is ample storage and not a stitch of wasted space. including storage above and below the lovely vanity. The large shower area has an attractive wooden bench seat.
