Cara is finished in the popular three cabin, two head layout, with the owner’s cabin forward featuring an island berth, hanging lockers, and an overhead hatch for light and ventilation. Owner’s forward cabin includes its own private head and shower, giving a fully separate area from the guest accommodations. The saloon carries a U-shaped dinette around a folding leaf table that converts to a berth, opposite a long straight settee, all under indirect lighting with white Mediterranean leatherette upholstery, and blackout blinds and insect screens fitted to every hatch. Aft to port is the L-shaped galley, fitted with twin stainless sinks, mixer taps, and a toughened safety glass splash guard, with two aft double cabins sharing the second head. Both heads have holding tanks, and the aft head has a shower divider screen. Diesel fired heating runs to every cabin and head through ducted insulation with a programmable thermostat, so Cara stays comfortable
well beyond the tropics.
