Water maker, Simrad nav station, Sat phone, ultrasonic hull cleaning system, 32in TV, new strata glass windshield and covers, dock water, upgraded dock electric system, victron battery charge monitor, solar panels with mppt charge controller, two battery chargers, 12kw generator, 4 AC/heat systems, rear arch, bow thruster with newer batteries, newer house batteries, 300 ft 3/8 inch anchor chain, upgraded anchor, screen cockpit surround, weather surround with 50% “glass”, newer water heater, washing machine, new raw water filters on AC units,  Cell phone and wifi repeater antennas, bottom epoxy barrier coat and bottom antifouling has just been done in October and new zincs.  New bimini and dodger connector.  Upgraded mattress in master cabin and new mattress in starboard cabin, the port cabin is only used for storage so the Mattress is unused.
